We want to play an active role in the communities we operate in, upholding the highest ethical business standards and expecting the same from our business partners. As our production and distribution activities are subject to liability risks (human rights violations, bribery and corruption), we can operate only by applying the highest standards of integrity and ethical practice.
As we are active in more than 90 countries all over the world, we believe we have a role to play in society. We want to ensure that more people can participate in, and benefit from a prospering society regardless of their backgrounds. Apart from monetary sponsorships, we also support a variety of causes in-kind. We focus primarily on projects in the fields of health and education.
We consider business ethics to be an integral component of our values, and we expect our suppliers and subcontractors to match our ethical standards. Our principles, policies and procedures in terms of ethics are set out in the Supplier Code of Conduct and the Human Rights Policy.

Proud of our cycling teams
We never forget our roots. That’s why we sponsor Alpecin–Deceuninck and Fenix-Deceuninck, two Belgian UCI WorldTeam cycling teams that reflect our drive for excellence. This includes sponsoring the mountain bike and cyclocross teams and nurturing both young talent and female cyclists. Headed by Mathieu van der Poel, the team primarily focuses on success in the spring classics. Yet, with sprinters like Jasper Philipsen, the team also aspires to capture stage wins in the Grand Tours. In addition to international brand awareness this sponsorship is an asset involving all of our customers across different countries.
