Our quality certificates
In Diksmuide, we operate the biggest PVC recycling plant in the Benelux. To make sure we deliver the best quality window profiles, our recycling activities are independently audited by RecyClass. The RecyClass Recycling Process Certification is based on the principles of the EN 15343 standard and is focused on the traceability of the origin of waste in plastics recycling processes.
VinylPlus Product Labels
Our European product ranges Elegant, Elegant ThermoFibra, 2800 series, 2500 series, Patio 24, FRW (fully reversible window), and Twinson have received a VinylPlus® Product Label. This label, developed by VinylPlus®, confirms that our products and processes apply to the highest quality, performance, and sustainability standards.
To attain this prestigious label, our products had to meet the following requirements:
- Sourcing of traceable raw materials
- Reduced waste policy and use of recycled material
- Sourcing of PVC sourced from ECVM chartered suppliers, which conform to high standards of control over processes, operations and any emissions to the natural environment
- Sustainable use of additives
- Energy efficiency and use of renewable energies
ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 quality certificates
We expect our PVC windows to have top-notch quality. That’s why our integrated quality management system has top priority. Obtaining the ISO14001 and ISO9001 certificates is a natural result of our yearlong efforts in sustainability and quality management. It helps us to continuously improve and make sure we maintain the highest standards in the industry.
The ISO 14001 certificate is the leading environmental management system standard, focusing on environmental protection, pollution prevention, waste minimisation, and energy and materials consumption reduction. We hold this external certification for our recycling plant (Belgium) and our extrusion sites in Belgium, UK and Türkiye.
The ISO 9001 certificate proves we have a solid quality management system, focusing on recycling, compounding, tooling, extrusion, and finishing of high-quality PVC profiles for the construction industry, including the logistics that comprise the entire life cycle, from the acquisition to the loading of goods on trucks. All our extrusion facilities have an ISO 9001 certification.
