Corporate: Social Responsibility           Quality           The daily checks carried out by the experts in our in-house laboratory are one of the pillars of the permanent quality control to which Deceuninck profiles are subjected. All properties of raw materials, extruded profiles and finished window and door systems are carefully tested in accordance with the strictest criteria of a number of standards authorities, at home and abroad. The Deceuninck Group continues year by year to invest in new laboratory equipment and ever more advanced research appliances. One such appliance allows us to carry out accelerated tests to see how weatherproof PVC profiles and colours are and to monitor and optimize their performance and results. This means that new colours and processes are thoroughly tested in the laboratory before they are put on the market.     Quality policy   ISO 9001 The activities of Deceuninck in Europe and in Turkey have been certified according to ISO 9001. Deceuninck has been able to differentiate itself from its competitors, due to the high quality requirements that it demands of its products and services. Work was continued in 2007, on an optimization and streamlining of quality requirements within the Group. In the area of product quality, a uniform quality model was developed. The measuring methods in various production units were made uniform. At an operational level, the internal network of quality managers was expanded and now includes the customer care manager. The quality policy of the Group was revised during 2007 with the intention of publishing this new policy during 2008.
