Corporate: Activities           Extrusion           Extrusion is a continuous processing method for the production of PVC-U profiles. Via a Archimedean screw in a heated cylinder the compound is homogenised, made mouldable and forced to the nozzle of the die, where the profile takes its required shape. In the calibrator the profile will then be given its definitive shape.
