Institutional investors and financial analists During 2007 Deceuninck has continuously and consistently informed the financial world about the evolution of the company, in line with its practice of previous years. Press releases with periodic reports were issued at scheduled intervals, before the stock market opened. Reports publishing information about extraordinary events were provided by Deceuninck on 3 occasions, all in advance of the opening of the stock exchange,. These concerned the closure of the distribution center in Pompton Plains (USA), restructuring measures at the production site in Bogen (Germany) and the commercial contract concluded with the French Atrya Group. Institutional investors at home and in foreign countries were informed by Deceuninck during road shows in Brussels, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Zurich and New York. These road shows also provided opportunities for one-to-one conversations and group discussions. Furthermore, the CEO and CFO have regularly received institutional investors at the head office in Hooglede-Gits. Private investors have the opportunity to obtain information at the Deceuninck stand, during the private investors' events of the VFB (Flemish Federation of Investment Clubs and Investors), which take place in April and November. |
